Job Summary
The Aesthetic Injector - APRN/PA is a leadership and educator role, responsible for providing both client care and education to clients regarding wellness and aesthetic services and treatments including regenerative medicine, hormone replacement, IV Therapy, and injectable treatments such as neurotoxin, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic enhancements. As an APRN/Aesthetic Injector, you will play a crucial role in providing aesthetic consultations, procedures, follow-up to clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes. The Mid level Provider will assess, diagnose, and treat clients’ hormonal imbalances and aesthetic desires/needs as well as maintain client-provider relationship and manage clients’ medical records. The Provider must represent the Relive brand and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities

Regenerative Medicine & Aesthetics: Identify, diagnose, and offer treatments for regenerative medicine disorders and hormone-related deficiencies. Address clients' aesthetic concerns and desires, formulating personalized treatment plans that include hormone replacement therapy and aesthetic services.

Medication Management: Prescribe medications in accordance with Schedule II, III, or IV regulations as defined by the state of Pennsylvania

Supervision & Consultation: Provide general supervision for hormone-related diagnoses and treatments. Offer consultations or accept referrals via phone or on-site communication.

Wellness Care: Manage clients' healthcare under practitioner supervision, including interviews, diagnoses, and maintaining treatment records. Conduct initial physical assessments and manage health records.

Client Education: Educate clients on health management and assist in designing treatment plans. Offer recommendations for further care as needed.

Scope of Practice: Follow protocols within the mid-level provider's scope of practice and consult with the Medical Director when necessary.

State Guidelines: Adhere to state regulations and protocols as an APRN/PA.

Prescription Management: Utilize the pharmacy portal for ordering and tracking client prescriptions.

Infection Control: Maintain a safe, sanitary environment by following medical asepsis, infection control, and universal precautions.

Team Collaboration: Liaise with administrative and medical team members before and after therapy, engaging in shared decision-making. Assist with client callbacks and inquiries.
Aesthetic Procedures

Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' medical history and aesthetic goals to determine suitability for injectable procedures.

Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans considering client goals, dosage, injection sites, and potential risks.

Injection Procedures: Perform injectable treatments (e.g., neurotoxin, dermal fillers), adhering to safety protocols and industry guidelines.

Client Education: Explain the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of injectable procedures. Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.

Safety & Compliance: Follow strict infection control protocols and stay current on industry standards and regulations for injectable procedures.

Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care and seek guidance on complex cases.
Qualifications

Education & Certification: Must have a certificate or degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program. Maintain the necessary certification to work with the client population and in the location specified for this role.

Licensure: Hold current licensure as an NP/PA in Pennsylvania and be eligible to obtain a DEA license, if needed.

Collaboration: Work effectively in collaboration with a supervising physician.

Compliance: Must pass a background check.
